Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled ride time to allow time for check-in, waivers, helmet fitting, and a safety briefing. Late arrivals may miss their tour time and will not be refunded.
All riders must wear closed-toe shoes. We recommend comfortable clothing that you do not mind getting dusty or muddy, as trails may include sand, dirt, and mud depending on weather conditions, which is all apart of the adventure.
Yes, helmets are provided and required for all riders for safety.
The maximum recommended rider weight is approximately 350 lbs. to ensure safe operations for our ATVs.
We ride rain or shine. However, if severe weather or unsafe trail conditions occur, tours may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled for safety. If ThrillTrek Adventures cancels a ride, guests will be offered the ability to reschedule or refund.
For safety reasons, texting, filming, or using phones while operating the ATV is not allowed.
Don't worry, we make plenty of scenic stops that are perfect for photos and videos.
ATV riding is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, recovering from recent surgery, experiencing significant injuries, or appear to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

There is a good chance. Our trails run through natural forest terrain that may include sand, dirt, puddles, or mud depending on trail conditions. We recommend wearing comfortable outdoor clothing so you can embrace the outdoor adventure.
