TERMS & CONDITIONS

All drivers must be at least 16 years old to operate an ATV. Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All riders and passengers must sign a waiver and safety agreement before the tour begins.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

We only accept payment in the form of Debit/Credit card and Contactless payment methods.

Cancellations made prior to 48 hours of scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund. 

If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled tour, no refunds will be issued.

In the event of extreme weather, unsafe trail conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we may cancel or postpone tours. In such cases, customers will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or receive a credit toward a future tour.

All riders must attend a mandatory safety briefing prior to the tour.

Helmets and safety gear provided by the company must be worn at all times.

Riders are expected to follow all instructions given by the tour guide.

Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to participate and will not be eligible for a refund.

Participation in ATV tours involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, equipment failure, trail hazards, weather conditions, and personal injury. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to hold ThrillTrek Adventures owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any and all liability.

All participants are required to sign a liability waiver prior to the tour. Refusal to sign the waiver will result in the forfeiture of the tour without a refund.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide is used solely for booking and communication purposes and will not be sold or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

All content on our website—including but not limited to images, videos, logos, and text—is the property of ThrillTrek Adventures and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Leon County, Florida.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
