REFUND POLICY

We are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and memorable guided ATV experience. Cancellations made prior to 48 hours of scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled tour, no refunds will be issued.

 

No refunds will be issued for the following reasons including but not limited to:

• Late arrivals or no-shows

• Inclement weather (unless ThrillTrek Adventures cancels the tour)

• Guest cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled tour

 

In the event of a tour cancellation by ThrillTrek Adventures due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer to reschedule your tour for a later time or date. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit may be issued for future use.
